And by extravaganza I mean a bunch of gay designers standing in a circle drinking. Fun no?! The reported $54 million spent to transform the former Bel Age Hotel into Hollywood Regency style by David Collins Studio matches the year it was completed—(so) 2009. We will be at the rooftop bar with a gorgeous panoramic view of the city and was described by Concierge.com as the "World's Sexiest Rooftop Pool" (whose designation may change after we John visits).
